I love these Caddies… there are 10 (or 12) of them half burried in Amarillo, TX. (not sure if there is anything left of them.)

Just Sharing: There was a time while I was in college that I was infatuated with this girl who lived in Texas. She worked for the loon who planted these cars in the ground. She told me a nutty colorful tale of the night she broke into his farm, and she & her friends doused the Caddies in gasoline then danced around them while they burned. I was so fascinated by her… Such a free spirit. ah, anyways. I just remember thinking she was so badass for setting them on fire… and for the record I saw photos of her standing in front of the flames, so the shit is legit.

…also, If you live in Amarillo you didn’t hear this from me. They never found out who lit up those damn things up and it should stay that way *wink.

 I live 2 hours from amaillo, they are very real and amazing to see in person.
